You should consider quitting your goals when the vision of achieving them no longer excites you.

Not the process, but the vision. An important distinction.

It’s natural for motivation to fade as you go through the process. For most people, the excitement of starting something new only lasts a few weeks. That’s normal.

When motivation runs out, it’s discipline that should carry you forward.

So, if the thought of achieving your goal and the vision of who you’ll become still inspires you, it’s not your time to quit.

It’s that simple.
