Multitasking Is A Lie.


Multitasking is a lie.

The brain can only handle one task at the time.

It can quickly switch between several tasks, which might feel like you’re doing multiple things at the same time, but it is highly inefficient to do so.

When someone tells you they’re good at multitasking, it tells you they’re busy, but not very productive.
