Limiting Beliefs.

L

What you repeatedly say to yourself, becomes part of your identity.

If you tell yourself you’re not good enough, you’ll feel the need to proof yourself no matter how successful you become.

If you tell yourself you’re weak, no amount of weightlifting will make you feel strong.

Not only can these beliefs prevent you from being happy with the things you’ve already achieved, they make you blind for the vast amount of opportunity that’s out there.

Limiting beliefs have you tell yourself ‘it’s not for me’.

But what if it is for you?

You can do things you’ve never thought you would be able to ten years ago. And in ten years time you’ll be capable of doing things you haven’t even dared to dream of today.

If you believe you can get there, you probably can.
