Communication skills define the limit to success in business.
If you’re brilliant at what you do, but you have zero communication skills… it’s unlikely you’ll be perceived as being skillful, which will severely limit your success.
If you’re a 9/10 when it comes to technical skills, but your communication is 4/10… people will perceive you as a 4/10.
You’ll have to be good at your job to achieve long-term success. It’s a given. But without communication skills you’ll limit your potential.
