April Is Make Or Break.

On average, people chase their new year’s resolution for about 3 – 4 months and give up.

Statistically you’re most likely to give up on yours in April. The only difference is… the fact that you’re reading this is already telling me you’re not average.

In fact, you might not even have a new year’s resolution, because you are still committed to the goals you’ve set yourself years ago!

The difference between the average and the rest of us, is that the rest of us runs on discipline… not motivation.

Motivation fades after the three month mark. Discipline will kick you out of bed on a rainy day, years after that initial excitement is gone.

Run on discipline. Be the exception.
