A Burden Called Self-Growth.

Long before self-growth is about building, it is about breaking down the life built by your former self.

The former self who chose the easy path, instead of the path that makes you feel good about yourself.

As you tear down the walls that never served you, your former self will kick and scream, and fight for its existence. Allies of the former self will try to discourage you.

Long before self-growth is liberation, it is a burden.

A burden well worth its reward.
